Hazard Triangle Is a Diagram Which Represents The 3 Elements Required If a Hazard Want To Exist. If One Of The Element Is Removed From Hazard Triangle Then a Hazard Will Never Exist.
A Part From There Existence (Hazard Triangle) Also They Must Configured or Arranged In a Proper Manner.

(b) Initiating Mechanism
(c) Target & Threat

                (a) Hazardous Element
Hazardous Element Is The Actual Thing That Causes The Harm to The Individual That Comes In Contact With The Hazard
Example:- Electricity Flowing Inside a LIVE Wire/Cable
              (b) Initiating Mechanism
Initiating Mechanism is The First Step or The Conditions That Start or Initiate The Hazardous Event
Example:-Exposed Conductor From The LIVE Electric Cable/Wire.
                  (C) Target & Threat
Target & Threat Is The Individual or Population That Is Going to Be Affected When These 3 Elements Will Come Together & Configured In a Proper Configuration.
